Welcome to Lit TV! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the lPTV subscriptions and lPTV reseller panels we provide. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Use

We offer lPTV subscriptions and reseller panels exclusively.
Lit TV does not control or hold any rights over the video/audio content and cannot guarantee its availability. The channels and VOD in any package may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.Lit TV’s responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed-upon period, and a screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the client's registered email as proof.
Lit TV acts solely as a reseller for various providers.Each subscription allows one connection, meaning it cannot be used on more than one device at a time.

The client must provide device details, including type, model, app used, and MAC address if applicable. If no device information is provided in the order notes, an m3u format will be sent, and this cannot be changed later.Providers may perform server maintenance at any time, without an estimated time frame.
Buffering, freezing, and non-working content are common in lPTV services worldwide, and you may experience such issues. Clients are responsible for understanding how lPTV functions and its typical characteristics.If an lPTV package becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a different one.
lPTV subscription credentials are usually sent to the client’s registered email within one business day after receiving payment confirmation.For lPTV resellers, LitTV is responsible solely for activating and providing the reseller panel information, including the agreed-upon credit points.
We do not provide support for any issues related to the lPTV reseller panel.

Refund Policy

Lit TV guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed period. A screenshot displaying the lPTV subscription details and expiration date will be sent to the client’s registered contact information.However, we have no control over server-related issues, interruptions, or non-working content. For assistance, contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any problems.Lit TV is not responsible for subscriptions purchased for incompatible or incorrect lPTV receiver boxes.

Subscriptions

Refund is available 3 days after subscription if the following issues were encountered:

Service Withdrawal

You are not required to notify us if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription. Your subscription will automatically expire or be paused once the current subscription period ends. No payment is necessary to cancel or put your subscription on hold.
